      I just want that you confirm me if the Valencia Y100 Plus is compactible with this Spec.: 3G: WCDMA 850/1900/2100MHz
      The reason is that I bought the Valencia Y100 Pro, (very nice phone), but it use the 900 MHz for 3G connection and the Telecom company that I use work for 3G in the 850 MHz.
      If you confirm that Spec. then I will buy this one.

    • I purchased a Valencia Y100pro 6 weeks ago and was VERY satisfied. About one week ago the phone locked up. I went into recovery mode and chose the option "wipe data/factory reset". When I restart the phone I get the following notification "App permission management is closed".

      I cannot access the phone. Any assistance to help me resolve this problem would be appreciated.

    • My phone has locked up. I downloaded the Smart Phone Flash tool from the Doogee website, but I have been unsuccessful in trying to do a firmware update.

      Press and hold the mp3 file you want to use, this will highlight in Blue. Now you will have five symbols appear at the bottom of the page, press the middle one which is the copy button, this looks like 2 sheets of paper overlapped. Once pressed the symbol will change from 2 sheets of paper to just one. No press the home key , top left. This will take you to the homepage and will give you the options of SD card or phone storage, select the phone storage option, Now scroll down to the notifications folder and select it, Once the notifications file is open, You will see 3 icons at the bottom of the screen , press the middle one which is paste, this still looks like 1 sheet of paper.
      Now you can close this down and go back to your main phone screen, Now when you open your settings and select a tone to associate with your text alert notifications your MP3 file will be showing and will be selectable.

    • How come you say that the rear camera is 13MP and the front is 8MP when they are not. I used the program that came with it and others as well but the highest I can get the camera upto is 6MP, not 13MP! Why did you say this stuff when it isn't true. If I had to have known this in the first place I would've got a better phone. If there is some specific program you have to use or if you need to do something please e-mail me back and let me know.

    • I have 2 units DOOGEE Y100 Plus, both purchase at same time..
      1 unit is Version DOOGEE-Y100_Plus-Android5.1-20151030 and 1 unit is Version DOOGEE-Y100_Plus-Android5.1-20151124....
      While I run the version upgrade, the 20151030 show it is the latest version, but 20151124 show that is a new version available (releases date is 2015-12-02).
      Please tell me how to update the 20151030 version to new release version.

      I have a DOOGEE Valencia2 Y100 Plus for about a month now.I love it but for a reason that i do not know,it will not start anymore.It is stuck on the black select boot mode and the arrow is going up then down rapidly between recovery mode/fast mode /& normal start.I can not stop the arrow from moving fast among these 3 choices.I tried holding the power button & volume up etc,,,etc,,nothing stop that arrow so it is impossible for me to make a choice & try to fix it.Even removing the battery & putting it back did not stop the arrow.All the normal procedures for android phone to fix it did not work.
      I am desperate.
