      I am really happy with my HT5, but there is a little problem with the sound when connected through the headphone socket. Several channels of sound are lost, including the vocals on most rock and pop albums. I have tried with the besenhance on and off and in different music apps. Can you thell me whether I am doing something wrong, or whether there is a problem with the sound, please? This problem doesn't happen with bluetooth connection.

    • I am using this HT5 for two months. I got a big problem for usim recognition from 3 days ago.
      HT5 suddenly did not recognize all usim giving message of [insert sim card]..
      I changed to put sim card on slot 1 and slot 2 . all sim slot cannot recognize sim card. I checked with 3 different sim cards.. HT5 does not recognize all of them.
      but the sim cards are perfectly recognized in different smart phone.. so sim cards don't have problem.

    • I want to root my Homtom in order to improve his perf , have a custom Rom and also to uninstalle preinstalled system app which i don't used. I test a lot of programs like KingoRoot, dingdong, framaroot, genius root and also kingroot but any of this works to root my HT5 please if someone can help me to root my phone it will be great because i can't live with a no rooted phone is like having a eagle in a cage :'(

    • Hi i already try your methode to root my phone but it didn't work :'( and one more question : you Say your phone have a Earphone Port of 3.5mm but when i try a 3.5mm prise the sound is broken and the phone don't identify the mic. But when i use normal earphone without mic the sound is OK.

    • I set up my HomTom HT6 and Wifi & emails were working fine. Suddenly I am not able to access these. I have tried resetting both of them but this has not worked.p
      I have attempted delete the email settings and tried to reset these but they always set up the same settings so why does it not work?
      I might add that when I first set up email and put in my email address the rest of the settings filled in automatically and it worked O.K so why has everything stopped working?

    • hii. I have a "ht7 pro". and the phone make a lot of restart itself. I update today to last version 1.1.4 via wifi. I have this phone 3 days.

      and another problem ( I think its same issue) -> every time it gets off and then on. I need to wait to it to optimize all apps. I saw on google its a androis 5.1 problem.

    • Wonderfull phone. Only some faults in translation (in Dutch language in settings if you choose Display the user interface crashes.
      I have firmware Android5.1_V02-20151102, is there update for firmware?
      Can you send that to me?

    • I have a new HT5 but it won't connect to a network, even though it finds my local network (Manx Telecom - Isle of Man) which I have checked is compatible. I have tried turning it on and off and playing with the settings. Am I doing something wrong?

      Is it something to do with the app permission management because it doesn't have anything installed and it won't let me install anything.

      It is very frustrating that you don't supply a proper manual.

    • I own the Doogee y100pro and are very pleased with it other than it does not message led indicator to advise of new messages.
      I have just pre ordered the Homtom Ht17 for my grandson, please could you tell me if this phone has a message led warning light ?.
